The Academy of Fishery and Marine Sciences in Namibe has been created in the area of almost 90 ha. The academic facilities have over 50 000 m2 and hold: 30 laboratories, Engine Room Laboratory, Maritime Rescue Centre, Simulator workshops and much more. The Academy has capacity to admit 1500 students on 14 specialties within 3 faculties.
