The housing estate for academic staff was built using the latest technologies. The interiors are fully equipped according to the original design, including the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

All construction materials were delivered from Poland. The finishing of turnkey houses in Angola has been entrusted to a Polish subcontractor.

Within 11 months, all assembly works were completed, including complete home furnishings. The buildings are fully ecological. The houses are fully functional, spacious and comfortable.
