Operating within the Navimor Group, RKD Development prepared an investment project for creating a modern urban space on the post-shipyard areas in Gdańsk.

The "mixed-use" project included the construction of a complex of buildings with a total area of 37,000 m², designated for offices, commercial and service spaces, and hotel facilities.

It was one of the largest urban development projects in Europe that revitalized waterfront areas and created a new quality in the city.

The scope of work carried out by RKD Development included acquiring the land for the investment, obtaining the necessary technical conditions, agreements, studies, and administrative decisions, which enabled the obtaining of a building permit. Additionally, the company prepared the architectural design and the financial model of the project.

Finally, Navimor sold the land along with the completed project and building permit, which was a key element in the commercialization of the investment.
