The Sport Center will be equipped with football pitch, racetrack with infrastructure (jumping area, throwing area etc.), multifunction pitch (basketball, handball, volleyball) and social facilities with seats for fans.

Sport center facility is projected as two-storey detached building. On the ground floor of the facility, there is designed team’s locker room for athletes, toilets for fans, separate room for trainers and judges with their own lockers. In addition, on the ground floor, there are planned technical rooms and warehouses for sport equipment.

On the floor there is planed gym, fitness with locker rooms, conference and multimedia hall and office space. From the side of the pitch, there are terraces planned, that can be accesed through conference hall and fitness room.

The architectural form is simple – the library is two-storey cuboid building with an atrium inside. The vertical wall elements will refer to architectural elements of the adjacent buildings.

The ground floor, there will be entrance hall with reception, reading room for 50 people and catering facilities. There also will be childcare, manager’s office, small conference room, toilets and facilities for the reception and book repairing.

On the floor, there will be located a library collection divided into professional literature, fiction and literature for children and youth. There will be also projected positions to use multimedia collection and social room for employees.

The Processing Centre will be located close to the sea shore. The Processing Centre will be one-storey building, with an area that exceeds 2000m2, and will be divided into the part of production and storage and social and office part. In the social and office part there will be locker room, lunchroom, office rooms, training and teaching room and laboratory. In the manufacturing part there will be areas of heat treatment, cooling, freezing and packaging. To the production part of the building there will be sheds adhered, used for auxiliary technical functions, supporting rooms and workshop– washer equipment, landfills etc. 

The “40,00m Fishery Training & Research Vessel”, designed exclusively for the purposes of Namibe Academy of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, is a modern fishery training ship combining training, research and industrial fishing functions.

The ships features the high standard accommodation space for 12 students and 8 crew members/teachers.
